Pricing

No agency fee, no guarantor required, and no reikin (key money).

Monthly rate: generally between USD 2,400 and USD 3,400, depending on the season and the number of guests (up to 4–5 people).
Preferential rates may apply for longer stays. Please enquire for a tailored quotation.

Final cleaning fee: USD 90 (one-time).

Electricity and gas are billed according to actual usage (typically under USD 100 per month for a family of four, depending on the season). A fixed monthly utility rate can be arranged upon request.

Water, high-speed 5G internet, and insurance are included.

The house is fully furnished and fully equipped, including all linens. You only need to bring your suitcases.

Booking & Contract

Upon inquiry, we will provide the exact Google Maps location of the house along with a digital brochure detailing the property and the neighborhood.
Before finalizing any booking, we conduct a brief phone call to ensure clear communication. We prioritize harmonious coexistence with neighbors and respect for local customs. Essential guidelines include maintaining a quiet and respectful lifestyle, a strict non-smoking policy, and no pets (due to tatami flooring).
If you decide to proceed, a written rental contract (minimum one month) in compliance with Japanese law will be signed by both parties via PDF and email. 
During your stay, we live nearby and enjoy maintaining a friendly, respectful relationship with our guests, offering assistance whenever needed.
